Five-Day NSS Volunteer Secretaries Leadership Training Programme

The Five-Day Volunteers’ Leadership Training Programme, hosted by NSS Unit No. 35, St. Dominic’s College, Kanjirapally, was organized by Mahatma Gandhi University and NSS Regional Directorate, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The programme was inaugurated by Adv. Mons Joseph, Honourable Minister for Water Resources and Housing, in the presence of Shri.Y. M. Uppin, Regional Director, NSS Kerala and Lakshadweep; Dr. Manu V, State NSS Officer, Kerala; Dr.G. S. Gireesh Kumar and Dr. Jobin Jose, Syndicate Members, Mahatma Gandhi University; and Peeyush Paranjape, Youth Officer, NSS Regional Directorate.

The inaugural function was presided over by Prof. (Dr.) D. Mavoothu, Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Mahatma Gandhi University. The ceremony was further graced by the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Kurian Thamarasery, Manager; Dr. Bino P. Jose, Principal; Rev. Dr. Manoj Palakkudy, Bursar, St. Dominic’s College, Kanjirapally; and NSS District Coordinators.
